When you visit our website https://strengthmethod.app (the “Website”), or use any of our services (the “Services”, which include the Website and Strength Method App available through Google Play and the App Store (“Apps”), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information.

NATALIEAFIT provides Services through the Apps that allow subscribing customers to: access fitness training programs, nutritional guidance and online fitness coaching (the “Services”). Our services include workout scheduling, messaging (in-App, email, SMS, push), form checking and logging personal health and fitness records. This Privacy Policy applies to our Website, Apps and the Services. We may refer to the Apps and Website together as the “Platform”. Before accessing our Website, Apps or using the Services, we hope you take some time to read through this Privacy Policy carefully. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE USE IT

We process personal information about individuals that are our direct customers. These individuals about whom we collect personal information are referred to as “you“ throughout this Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us. This information may include:

  • Records of correspondence (including e-mail addresses) if you contact us, fill in a form, register for a Service or subscribe to a mailing list or other forms of marketing communications.

  • Details of transactions you carry out when you sign up to use our Services through our Platform.

  • Basic personal and contact details (including your name, date of birth, sex, gender and e-mail addresses)

  • Your username and password when subscribed to our Service and/or Platform.

  • Service subscription and/or account details.

  • Payment information, collected and processed by our payment provider.

  • Details of your visits to and actions on the Platform, including traffic data, usage data, location data and other communication data.

  • Some information is automatically collected about your computer or mobile device that you use to access the Platform, including internet connection, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, location, time zone and/or telephone number. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Platform, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

As a general policy, we use personal information and message data for internal purposes only.  We do not sell or rent information about you.  We will not disclose personal information or message data to third parties without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy.

The Services include a Platform for virtual fitness coaching and guidance. As a result, personal information including workout performance, physical metrics and health information is made available to NATALIEAFIT on the Apps. Within the Apps, customers have the option to post in a community forum as well as 1-1 messaging with a coach. If subscribing customers with access to the Services choose to submit workout video recordings, audio recordings, photos, links, or text (collectively, “User Contributions”), this will be available to the coach and/or other users who are included in that community forum. The purpose of video and audio recordings may be for feedback, coaching and instruction to facilitate customer experience. Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Platform with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed or accessed by unauthorized persons.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you sign up for a subscription to gain access to Services and/or make a purchase on the Platform, any credit card information you provide is collected and processed by our payment processor Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) through their checkout service. We never receive or store your full credit card information. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. Stripe may use your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. If you have concerns relating to Stripe, please review their privacy policy.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, do not use or provide any information on the Platform. 

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under thirteen (13) without verification of prior parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we may possess or have received any information from or about a child under thirteen (13) without such prior parental consent, please immediately contact us at natalie@strengthmethod.app.

In one or more countries outside the United States, the applicable age is fourteen (14) years of age, rather than thirteen (13) years of age.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, theft, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure server behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, responsible through our payment processor, Stripe.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have issued you (or you have chosen) a password for access to Services on the Apps, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Please do not share your password with anyone.

We do our best to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to or on our Platform or Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You assume this risk by using any part of the Website or Services.

ACCESSING AND ALTERING PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may review and change your personal information by logging into the Service or App and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an e-mail at natalie@strengthmethod.app to request access to, object to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. Please note that we will store communications you may send through the Service, as well as comments, photos, videos, or any information posted in the community forum of the Apps. They may not be subject to alteration or deletion.

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

Anyone subscribed to “Strength Method”, including the Apps and Services, may receive e-mails with relevant information about the Services from time to time.

If you do not want to receive such communications from us, you may opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. Please note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, changes or updates to features of the Services, or technical or security notices.

You may be asked to consent (by opting-in) to our use of testimonials including photos, videos or communications for marketing purposes.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Technologies we use for automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based advertising or other targeted content. We do not control third-party websites or services and their use of tracking technologies. If you have concerns or questions related to third-parties you should contact the responsible provider directly. You agree that NATALIEAFIT will have no liability for any matters relating to a third-party website or service that you provide information to, including their collection and /or handling of that information.
