With 8+ years of online and in-person coaching experience, Strength Method is the ultimate affordable group training service that provides a flexible and seamless experience for athletes of all backgrounds.

She is certified in Pre-/Postnatal Strength Coaching (CPPC), Pain Free Performance Coaching (CPPC), Nutrition Coaching (CNC), Personal Training (CPT) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science. Natalie continues to be an active participant in the ongoing programming alongside members since launch in 2020.
