Remove the guesswork, and get stuck into science based, meaningful training, on your terms.

The training options

All in one membership

  • 5 total training sessions are provided each week, comprised of 2 upper body and 3 lower body workouts.

  • 3 training sessions per week, each strategically created from the 5 day programming, into 3 full body days for efficiency. Great for busy weeks or busy people! More is not always better. What you can do consistently is better.

  • Home training is provided with both 4-5 and 3 day options. Don’t expect burpees in your living room here! You’ll be doing regular training, with minimal equipment alternatives. This makes it a great option to mix and match between gym/home days, as well as for those short on time, or beginners in the gym.

  • On-demand cardio and metcon workouts are provided as an optional addition alongside your training.

  • On-demand core workouts are provided as an optional addition alongside your training.

  • We are method focused, which yields better ‘results’ as a byproduct. We prioritize performance and highly strategic programming… the rest follows.

  • Training embodies concepts from multiple training methods; bodybuilding, powerlifting, cardio, endurance, mobility, athletics, balance. That’s what makes us functional and strong, for life.

  • You’ll have access to me for more than just programming. Form checks and personal support is encouraged as needed.

  • Be part of an exclusive community of others doing the same programming. Support like no other as you go through the ebbs and flows of long-game training.

  • Access additional resources like training concepts, mobility, nutrition education, macro calculation and recipes.

  • Monthly-ish nutrition talks with me and our RDN, Olivia.

  • Train on your terms! Gym and home programming with 3-5 day options released weekly, available to every member.

  • No ‘4 week challenges’. No quick fixes. Sorry (not sorry). The nature of this ongoing program is that it’s something that could keep you progressing and feeling your best… for life.

  • Affordable for every phase of life. Train with us for just $6/week!

What members are saying

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes! We have a program designed specifically for beginners. I would recommend doing the 6 week “Fundamentals” program. Designed for gym novices, or anyone brand new to gym equipment and weight training, you’ll gain confidence in your body awareness and capabilities as you work on progressing fundamental movement patterns. For weeks 1-4 you’ll just be using dumbbells, bands and cables. For weeks 5 and 6 you’ll start to use the barbell! After week 6, you’ll be well equipped to jump into the Strength Method ongoing group programming.

  • When you sign up through the links provided here on this website you’ll be charged a fee that will give you a month of access to the Strength Method App. Payments automatically renew each month on the date that you first signed up, until cancelled. Once cancelled, you will only have access to the app until your next renewal date.

  • At the bare minimum: Bands (long loop bands and mini bands recommended), dumbbells (you can get by with just one DB, but multiple weights are ideal) and your bodyweight! Links to recommended home products and accessories can be found in the resource section of the app.

  • It can be as personal as you make it. If you seek it, you’ll receive ongoing coaching, support and form checks from me in our in-app coaching group. All members also have 1-1 in-app messaging access to me for specific guidance or questions.

  • Progressive strength training is one of the best and most efficient ways to achieve what’s known as ‘body recomposition’ (gaining muscle and losing fat). However, with any body composition goal, ensuring nutrition habits align with your goal is vital alongside any training you do. Strength Method offers extensive nutrition resources, including topic talks from an RDN. So, SM as a whole will likely be your best bet for a sustainable, progressive training method and coaching service to support that goal.

  • Yes! This is all part of the imperfect long game. Modifications are key to continuing to show up when things aren’t perfect. If you need help with specific modifications, please reach out via the 1-1 chat or coaching group. (Reminder that I am not a Doctor of Physical Therapy or a Medical Doctor, and might suggest seeking additional guidance in some cases!).

  • Yes! The app contains extensive nutrition resources, and members are encouraged to seek out additional help as they need it. Please reach out to me via the 1-1 chat or coaching group.

  • The training program has no definitive end. It is an ongoing training program that is built strategically in 4-week ‘blocks’. So every 4 weeks, training variations, volume and focus changes slightly to aid progression. This is how it continues to work for so many people long term. It is dynamic and constantly evolving.

  • Workout times vary depending on modality and skill level. Home workouts typically take up to 45 minutes (reminder that you can do these in the gym, too). Gym workouts can take up to 60 minutes but may take longer. If you are brand new to the gym/program, workouts might take longer since you are still figuring things out. If you are an advanced athlete, you may need longer rest periods which could mean your sessions take longer.

  • We have on-demand conditioning workouts for you to add to your week any time. They are comprised of metabolic conditioning workouts, HIIT and strict cardio.
